As a Reiki practitioner/Wellness Coach for women who are seeking weight loss/reduction along with overall wellness, I highly recommend that you include Reiki as part of your wellness program. Based upon my experience, it is a highly effective holistic approach to weight loss/reduction and wellness. Reiki is very powerful when it comes to healing the body from the inside and out. It has the ability to heal where the healing needs to take place overall. Reiki combined with weight loss/wellness coaching has great benefits:
- Reiki gives more energy.
- Reiki helps your mind focus on your weight loss/reduction and wellness goals.
- Reiki heals where the healing is needed within the body.
- Reiki balances the energy centers helping to promote weight loss.
- Reiki helps to guide you to make better overall decisions for yourself.
Being over weight, correlates to the manifestation of one or more energy centers showing up in the physical as out of balance. Since being out of balance creates problems both known and unknown within the body, Reiki is a healing mechanism used to help balance the energy centers.
My advice is to give Reiki a try and combine it with your weight loss/reduction or wellness program…you will be happy that you did!!!
