As a wellness coach for women seeking weight loss/reduction and overall wellness,  I recommend following these six steps to help make your wellness program a success.  It is very important that you pay more attention to your body.  Do away with the days of forgetting to take care of you first. Wellness begins with saying “hello” to your body as you follow the simple “hello” steps below.

Say Hello and Give Thanks
As you move along on a daily basis incorporating your wellness routine into your program, always start the day off with giving thanks!  Be thankful for where you are today.  Giving thanks helps set the foundation for my entire day.  Be thankful for the body that you are in and appreciate where you are now.

Say Hello and Drink Water
Before you put anything in your mouth, drink a glass a water first and foremost.  Do this while saying hello to yourself.  Enjoy every drop as you contribute to the awakening of your cells.

Say Hello and Take Your Supplements
As for myself, I take my fruit and vegetable supplements first thing in the morning.   I also take my health drink which consist of 1 teaspoon of Bragg Vinegar with Apple Cider Juice.  This makes me feel really great! There is nothing like awakening to a “break-fast”  and giving the body a nutritional boost!

Say Hello and Eat Fresh Fruit
Apart from taking my supplements on a daily basis, I make it a point to eat fresh fruit first thing in the morning.  Eating a piece of live fruit is very healthy for the body.

Say Hello and Meditate
Always take the time out for yourself to go within daily.  Relax your mind and take the time to listen to your body.

Say Hello and Look in the Mirror
Go to the mirror and look at yourself.  Affirm that you can do whatever you put your mind to and most importantly tell yourself that you love YOU!

The simple steps above can be done in any order.  If you’ve implemented any or all of these steps into your daily regimen, I would love to hear from you.  Please comment below.

Enjoy!

First off I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Cheers!

Nannie, thanks for stopping by my blog and thank you so much for your compliment. It took work on myself to get to this point of where I can write as freely as I do. I know that my writing is not perfect; however, I pray that the words I choose can help someone in a great way which in turn is perfect for them. I must say that it’s an invigorating feeling to break through certain stumbling blocks and “writer’s block” is one.

The biggest tip that I can give is to first pray/meditate and ask for guidance so that you may receive a helpful message in which it will benefit others. Pay attention to the first idea or message that comes to mind when you ask for this guidance. From this point, let the writing process flow. Know that if a message can make a difference in one life, that’s one life you have helped. Let go of all worry and anxiety on the outcome of your message and trust that your message will be directed to those who need it the most. Let your writing be an expression of you and your thoughts.

While you are going through the writing process, always remember to ask your higher self, what is it that you represent and how may you best get your message out to others in a way that will help them the most. Work on listening and being receptive to the messages and/or ideas that you receive throughout the entire writing process.

As you become more confident over the fact that an idea or topic is for you to write about, the writing process will naturally flow.

    Hope this helps!:-)
