The 7-minute program is about weight loss and lifestyle change that’s good for the rest of your life.  It’s not a temporary quick fix.  The program changes your way of thinking when it comes to diet and exercise.  As a wellness coach for women, I can definitely agree with Joel on the many points that are raised when it comes to meeting exercise goals.  It is so true that when you think too much about what you’re eating especially in the beginning, it can be counter productive.   I feel that when you enjoy what you’re eating,  in turn, that makes the lifestyle change and the weight loss journey more enjoyable.  It’s important to maintain your level of happiness at whatever you are doing.  The way you feel about anything will determine how successful you will be.  Needless to say, if you don’t enjoy what you’re eating, eventually you will give up what you don’t enjoy.
